Services

Design

Our skilled and enthusiastic design team utilise the latest in Tekla 3D detailing software, to ensure each one of our projects can be manufactured and installed as efficiently as possible.

From our Tekla software, we are able to produce GA drawings for design team review, fabrication drawings ready for the manufacturing process and 3D erectors drawings to assist our teams in the install process.

We can also carry out full structural design of the frame, structural design of steel to steel connections and also steel to concrete connections.

Manufacturing

From our well equipped workshop in Linton, Cambridgeshire, we can manufacture shafts and fittings ready for the Fabrication process.

Our Facilities, fully equipped with overhead cranes, includes saw capable of cutting up to 380mm, drill line, hole punch, guillotine, 200tn Brake Press and high definition CNC plasma capable of cutting up to 30mm thick mild steel.

Fabrication

Our highly skilled and time served team of fabricators can tackle the most complicated of fabrication projects. This includes structural steelwork, staircase structures, balconies, ladders, balustrades and wall rails, in both mild and stainless steel. 

Fabrication is carried out in accordance with our Quality Assurance procedures and ITP’s and in line with the BCSA National Structural Steelwork specification. All of our coded welders are qualified to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and our welding procedures as requirements of BS EN ISO 15609-1. We are also UKAS accredited to Execution Class 2.

Installation

Sitework is planned by our site Managers and Appointed Persons and then carried out by our team of experienced erectors and metalworkers.

All of our teams are led by a SSSTS accredited supervisor and the full team are CSCS accredited and have the necessary qualifications to carry out the installation safely and efficiently.
